Psychotherapy is a unique process for each individual or couple. It usually takes the form of a conversation, although sometimes we agree to experiment with more structured exercises.

We will seek understanding of individual, family and cultural histories, and the integration of traumatic experiences. Often clients become aware of feelings that they had not noticed before, and discover patterns and connections that help to make sense of their lives.
